For the owner whose home we manage, or the tenant who has entrusted us with subletting theirs: before you come back, we do your shopping, book your table and arrange your ride from the airport.

Prepare my arrival

“Arrival”: ₪190 incl. VAT

The same price everywhere and at any hour.

  • Your groceries bought and put away, from the list you fill in beforehand
  • A restaurant table booked for the same evening
  • The organization of your arrival

The grocery bill is added on top, exactly as on the store receipt, with no markup. The bill, “Arrival” and your options are deducted from your rental income, on your statement. If we collect no income for you, or if it does not cover the amount, you pay it in advance, before we shop; our reply tells you how.

Airport transfer

On top, at the partner driver’s price: the driver sells and invoices the ride. With a daytime transfer to Tel Aviv, expect to pay from ₪460 incl. VAT in total; the driver’s price depends on the city, the time of day, the day (Shabbat, holidays) and the number of passengers.

Good to know

  • These prices include VAT. Our management fees are shown excluding VAT.
  • Cleaning, linen and beds made before you arrive are covered by the preparation fee, which is separate.
  • Your details are passed on only to those who carry out the service you ask for: the team that does your shopping, the partner driver for a transfer (name, number, flight, address), the restaurant for a table (name and number).
  • Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before you arrive; after that, “Arrival” and any fresh food already bought remain payable. The transfer follows the partner driver’s cancellation terms.
  • Send your request at least 48 hours before you arrive; for an arrival between Friday afternoon and Sunday noon, or on the eve of a holiday, before Wednesday noon. After that, we do our best, with no guarantee.
  • “Arrival” covers a list of about 40 items from one store; beyond that, ₪60 incl. VAT per extra half hour, stated in our reply before you confirm.
