What services does StayAviv offer?
Depending on your needs: between-stay preparation, cleaning and linens, check-in and check-out coordination, guest information, and service visits. Services are agreed with each owner.
Where do you operate?
StayAviv focuses on Tel Aviv and the Merkaz. Contact us with the property location to check whether we can assist.
How are rates set?
Three public plans, as a share of net platform revenue: Essential at 18% with a ₪1,200 setup fee and an equipment subscription, Advanced at 20% all-inclusive, and Ultimate at 25% all-inclusive with a yearly minimum. Details and a simulator are on the Pricing page.
Where can I see available homes?
Homes, availability, and reservations are listed on our booking site. Until it opens, contact us directly.
Does the form send my request directly?
Yes. Your message reaches us directly and we reply within one business day. If sending fails, the site offers to continue on WhatsApp with your message already written.
