We review the apartment, its calendar and how you want to keep using it, then we choose together the way of renting that suits it: by the night, by the month, by the year or a vacant home. Prices are those on the Pricing page.
Free setup
The access kit, fitted and tested before the first guest: a smart key box (or your own lock, if compatible), a noise sensor, a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. No subscription, maintained, collected at the end of the contract. Also free: the photos, the listings and the home audit.
No minimum term
No commitment on duration: the agreement runs for as long as it suits you.
No exit fee
One month’s notice is enough to stop, on your side as on ours; stays already booked run to their end.
Are you a tenant?
We also manage your apartment as a sublet while you’re away, by the night or by the month, with your landlord’s written consent. Choose “A tenant” in the form.
