We run your apartment while you’re away.

By the night and for a vacant home, yes, at no cost: you block the dates still free yourself in your owner space; bookings already made come first. After each of your stays, we get the home ready again at the preparation fee, from ₪330 including VAT. By the month, between two tenants: block your dates before they are booked. On a yearly lease, no: the home is your tenant’s, and you only go in with their agreement, as the lease provides.

No. Everything is on the pricing page. The only other costs are the home’s own, such as arnona, electricity or a repair, and, if you live abroad, a tax representative if your accountant considers it necessary. For repairs, nothing above ₪500 per job without your written approval; in an emergency (safety, a leak, a guest without water, air conditioning or access), up to ₪1,000 if you can’t be reached for two hours. No markup: the invoice is attached to your statement. For works or purchases you entrust to us, a 10% coordination fee excl. VAT, shown with the quote.

Not on your home: we take no commission or benefit from the contractors and suppliers who work there, and if one were ever offered, it would be passed on to you. The preparation fee is set at our providers’ cost and reviewed every year against their invoices: if they give us a better price, the fee goes down.

There is no minimum term and no exit fee: one month’s notice is enough, on your side as on ours. After the end date, the calendar is closed; stays already booked are handled until the guest leaves, with no relocation cost, and the equipment is collected. The photos are handed over to you after six months of management; before that, you can buy them at the photographer’s cost, ₪500 excl. VAT.

No. Our prices exclude VAT; the applicable VAT is shown on each invoice. The exceptions: arrival services, the vacant home and the preparation of your own stays, shown including VAT.
