Repairs, works and purchases
Repairs (restoring or replacing like for like what is already there: a breakdown, a leak, breakage, wear): we find the contractor and follow the job, with no coordination fee and no markup; the invoice is attached to your statement. Works and purchases you entrust to us (adding, upgrading, renovating, furnishing, equipping): based on a quote, invoiced in your name at the supplier’s price, plus a 10% coordination fee excl. VAT, shown before you approve; above ₪30,000, coordination is quoted separately. You can always buy or arrange it yourself. We take no commission or benefit from the contractors and suppliers who work in your home; if one were ever offered, it would be passed on to you.
Mid-term
We also manage furnished rentals of one to six months, through the platforms or on a direct lease, for 15% of the rent net of platform fees, excl. VAT, excluding bills passed on without markup. Available now: one to three months, through the platforms. Four to six months: with our lawyer’s lease; we’ll confirm the date. Direct lease, outside the platforms: from early 2027; we’ll confirm the date. No other fee from us: one clean with fresh linen per month of stay is included in the price the tenant pays, and you pay for no cleaning for your tenants.
Prices exclude VAT
All our prices exclude VAT; the applicable VAT is shown on each invoice. The exceptions: arrival services, the vacant home and the preparation of your own stays, shown including VAT.
